The Mercer County Equestrian Center is situated on 243 acres in Hopewell Township, and offers riding lessons, therapeutic riding lessons, summer camp, pony parties, tours, and education programs. Also located in Hopewell is Stonybrook Meadows, a full service facility that provides facilities for all equine performance activities. Boxwood Farm in Pennington breeds Arabian sport horses for racing, endurance and sport disciplines. The farm offers boarding, training and lessons for ages 4 and up. In the back of the farm are some of the most beautiful trails in the world, with mountain views, where you can ride for hours crossing only one road.
